£26,000.00 base with OTE £40,450.00 and uncapped commission.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm; no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities
* Call existing business customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and grow service usage.
* Listen to and address queries or cancellations, asking questions to offer appropriate solutions.
* Act as an industry expert, selling products consultatively.
* Manage accounts through inbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.
* Achieve and work toward set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodic).
Qualifications
* Experience in telesales, preferably with contractual services.
* Strong rapport‑building, listening, and customer‑needs identification skills.
* Organised and able to close sales efficiently.
* Reliability, honesty, and a positive can‑do attitude.
