The Role – Behaviour Mentor
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist all-through SEMH school in Hackney. As a Behaviour Mentor you will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils aged 5–19, helping them manage behaviour, engage with learning, and develop positive coping strategies.
For this Behaviour Mentor role you will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to implement personalised strategies for pupils with a range of needs, including ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and social communication challenges. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people to build resilience, independence, and confidence.
