Freelance Building Surveyor - Condition Surveys (Hospital) Manchester

💷 Rate: £300–£325 per day + £0.45/mile mileage + parking costs
💼 Engagement: Inside IR35 – Paid via Umbrella Company
We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to carry out condition surveys for a major hospital site in Manchester. This is an urgent requirement, with the successful candidate starting as soon as possible and working through to the end of September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertaking detailed condition surveys of hospital buildings and associated facilities.
* Identifying and recording building defects, maintenance requirements, and compliance issues.
* Producing clear, accurate, and comprehensive survey reports.
* Liaising with on-site teams to coordinate access and minimise disruption to hospital operations.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in building condition surveys (healthcare experience advantageous).
2. Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and construction.
3. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality reports to tight deadlines....
