OVERALL SUMMARY
At Close Brothers we look to recruit individuals from all different backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box. We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and are open to discuss flexible work options to help you balance your work and home life.
Join Close Brothers Retail Division and play a pivotal role in supporting our Motor Finance business. You’ll enable management teams to make informed, risk-aware decisions, provide business leaders with clarity on risk exposures in the context of strategic choices, and ensure transparent reporting for customers, regulators, and other stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll help deliver good outcomes for our customers by evidencing robust risk management and supporting oversight through our Risk Committees. Your expertise will underpin the integrity of our processes and strengthen confidence across the organisation.
To succeed, you’ll bring a strong background in risk and controls, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. You’ll be adept at producing high-quality MI, presenting complex information clearly, and solving problems with precision, creativity and insight.
The role offers a hybrid working structure from either our Doncaster or Manchester offices. Some travel between the two sites may be necessary from time to time.
