About the apprenticeship
Duties
•Processing the Accounts Payables Ledgers including invoice registration, authorisation, payments & reconciliation to supplier statements, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained accurately and up to date.
•Posting of transactions to all bank accounts and monthly reconciliation to control accounts, ensuring that all necessary records are maintained accurately, up to date and in compliance with audit requirements.
•Processing prepayment and accrual adjustments.
•Analysis of financial data, including detailed reconciliation.
•To always work in a positive and professional manner. Supporting collaborative team working.
•Prioritisation of workload to achieve team targets and deadlines.
•Any other duties, which are reasonable in line with the overall needs and requirements of the position.
•Access to safe & petty cash tins
•Access to banking and payment

Qualifications
GCSE Math and EnglishThe applicants should be computer literate with a reasonable knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly excel and word.
