Job role: M&E Contracts Manager (Mechanical bias)Location: City of London/SurbitonSalary: £62,000 - £70,000 (dependant on experience) + packageResponsibilities: Ensure contracts are executed successfully, fulfilling all legal PPM obligations. Supervise the completion of responsive repairs and ensure quoted jobs are finished within the agreed timelines. Track and assess contract performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide strong leadership to a team of maintenance engineers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment. Oversee and assist the contract administrators, engineering supervisor, and lead engineers.Skills/Experience: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems. Knowledge of health & safety systems. Proven experience in a similar role.
