Night Care Assistant Location: Sheffield Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others? We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our nursing home in Sheffield. Position Details: Salary : £11.65 - £12.20 per hour (depending on NVQs) Hours : 36 hours per week Shift Times : 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM Schedule : Includes alternate weekends Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night. Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting. Monitoring residents' health and ensuring their safety and comfort. Responding to call bells promptly and efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of care provided during the shift. Supporting the emotional well-being of residents by creating a safe and caring environment. What We're Looking For: A warm, caring, and patient nature. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (beneficial for higher pay rate). Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to providing person-centered care.
