Go back Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Senior Speech and Language Therapist

The closing date is 05 June 2025

Our CYP Autism service predominantly provides assessments of possible Autistic Spectrum Conditions but also, more uniquely, offers specialist advice and interventions to CYP with a diagnosis of ASC. The service is for Children and Young People in the South Staffordshire area up to the age of 19 and extends to the age of 25 if they have an EHCP.

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to deliver specialist support across our Autism pathways and conduct robust Autism assessments.

This is an exciting, but also challenging, time to join us. Autism services across the country are facing unprecedented demand. In response, we are improving our service pathways and also pursuing our ambition to integrate our wider neurodevelopmental service offer and provide more seamless care to ensure efficient service delivery and an improved patient experience.

The post requires working at sites across South Staffordshire but hybrid working will also be a possibility.
