Our client, a leading digital consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join their expanding D365 practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects, deliver high-quality solutions, and shape client transformation programmes across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform solutions.
* Facilitate client workshops to capture requirements, design solutions, and advise on best practices.
* Provide functional leadership through the full project lifecycle, from presales through to delivery and handover.
* Manage migrations, integrations, and customisations within the Dynamics 365 platform.
* Support technical and commercial presales activities, including scoping, estimating, and preparing SoWs.
* Stay current with Dynamics 365 wave releases and new features, incorporating these into solution design.
* Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring solution alignment with business goals.
* Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices within the D365 team.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
* Proven track record of leading full lifecycle D365 projects from design to delivery.
* Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Ability to provide business analysis and consultancy, advising on solution options and trade-offs.
* Experience with data governance, information protection, and integration with Azure.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Awareness of user experience (UX/UI) principles.
* Eligible for or holding SC Clearance.

* Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
* Familiarity with Azure services supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Knowledge of migration best practices and data integrity principles.
* Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
* Strong commercial awareness and time management skills.
