In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Ward/Department Leader in ensuring the delivery of top‑notch patient care. You will provide and monitor nursing care for a designated group of patients throughout their care journey and actively contribute to creating an effective learning environment while promoting a team nursing philosophy of care.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care that meets the highest standards.
* Support the Ward Leader/Deputy Ward Leader with day‑to‑day care delivery on the ward.
* Contribute to a positive learning environment and a team‑based approach to patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Flexible with working hours and willing to attend mandatory education updates.
* Self‑directed learning and responsibility for personal professional development.
* Professional registration in the relevant nursing body is required.
* We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified nurses, part‑time or full‑time.
