What Will You Be Doing?
Reporting to the HRIS Senior Manager, you’ll shape how solutions are designed, prioritised and delivered to create meaningful improvements for colleagues and the business. You will:
1. Own a Workday product domain (e.g. Hiring, Employee Experience, Reward, Technical)
2. Translate business needs into effective solutions and measurable outcomes
3. Contribute to demand shaping and prioritisation through structured forums
4. Configure and enhance Workday modules, processes, and integrations
5. Participate in design discussions to ensure scalable and consistent solutions
6. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve colleague experience
7. Ensure data integrity, security and compliance
8. Support releases, testing, and continuous improvement
9. Build strong, trusted relationships across People, Tech and the business
What Do We Need From You?
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a thoughtful, outcomes-driven approach- someone who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others and continuously improving how things are done.
Experience
10. Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems, particularly configuration and process improvement
11. Experience delivering system changes end-to-end
12. Exposure to reporting, analytics, or Power BI
13. Experience working in structured delivery or governance environments
Skills
14. Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, continuous improvement mindset.
15. Ability to translate business needs into practical, user-focused solutions
16. Confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels
17. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Knowledge
18. Understanding of HR processes and data
19. Awareness of data governance and security principles
20. Exposure to integrations or enterprise technology environments (desirable)
