About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Handler to join our team. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with your designated Key Account Manager, ensuring unparalleled customer service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

The main duties of the role will be:

* Customer relationship management – maintain positive relationships, promptly address inquiries and identify upselling opportunities based on their needs.
* Account maintenance – regularly monitor customer accounts to ensure retention compliance and track/report KPI's on the customers performance to your designated Key Account Manager.
* Issue resolution – troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues and concerns ensuring a prompt resolution.
* Product awareness – continuously improve knowledge of our products/services and customer's needs.
* Key Account Manager support – assist with generating quote and proposal, updating the CRM and reviewing and outputting data from the Business Intelligence module.
* Customer service – customer order entry and account information maintenance.

Una Health is an SME with around 28 employees. As part of our growing team, you will collaborate with the sales,

marketing and logistics divisions, working independently and as a team to reach our company goals.

* Communication – you are strong at communicating both verbally and in written form with customers and colleagues.
* Customer service – you have an excellent phone manner and previous experience of working in a customer service role.
* Customer Focus - Care about doing a good job and consistently delivering a high standard of service for our customers.
* Attributes - You should demonstrate, commitment, tenacity, resilience and a friendly approach in all that you do.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
