* Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
* Shifts: Part Time, Days & Nights | 7:30am - 5pm or 9pm to 8am | Availability to work alternate weekends is required

Meet Our Client
A young man in his early 20s who loves storybooks, music, and sensory lights and toys. He especially enjoys calming interactions such as head massages.
He is unable to communicate verbally but expresses himself through facial expressions, and over time he becomes familiar with voices and builds trusting relationships with his carers. His family are closely involved in his care, creating a warm and welcoming home where everyone works together.
We are looking for experienced and compassionate healthcare assistants who can not only support his clinical needs but also bring interaction, fun, and engage in the activities he loves, making each day enjoyable.
During the day, he attends college with the support of his dedicated care team, who help him participate fully and enjoy his routine. At night, he requires support with his bedtime routine and consistent monitoring to ensure his clinical needs are met throughout the night, creating a calm and reassuring environment.

What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
* Experience in tracheostomy care
