Under the direction of the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the clinical manager is responsible for oversight, planning and directing the daily operation of a clinical team. The Clinical Manager ensures compliance with established professional and accreditation standards, practices and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for the support, management and development of direct report staff, ensuring positive team building, effective and productive care management and meeting relevant organizational strategic goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related health field is highly desired.
Master’s Degree and ANA Certification preferred.
Continuing education courses in nursing preferred.
