We are a market-leading Health & Safety Consultancy and accredited training provider supporting clients across the UK construction sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and innovative Health & Safety Trainer & Consultant to join our expanding team.
This is a varied and exciting role combining accredited training delivery with site inspections and consultancy support
The Role
Based at our Oxfordshire training centre and delivering courses at client sites across the UK, you will:
* Deliver accredited training courses (CITB / UKATA / CISRS / PASMA / IOSH)
* Ensure high-quality course delivery in line with awarding body standards
* Undertake site inspections and provide consultancy support (full training provided)
* Maintain professional standards in line with accrediting body requirements
* Support wider business activities as required
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
* Experience working within the construction industry (ideally at management or supervisor level)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong and adaptable communication skills
* Eligible for CITB Site Safety Plus Tutor approval (or currently approved)
Desirable
* Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent)
* Previous experience delivering accredited training courses
