The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues smoothly throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4 Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies Creating a calm, focused and purposeful learning environment Supporting students with additional or special educational needs Building positive, professional relationships with pupils This role is ideal for developing classroom presence, behaviour management skills and flexible subject knowledge.
