Perform system analysis and interpret data to identify gaps in technology or processes, making recommendations for improvements. Assists in the development and implementation of new technologies. Communicates recommendations impacting areas of responsibility to key stakeholders. Act as a point of contact assisting with most communications and project expectations with 3rd party IT and service vendors.
