Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a VP/MD EMEA to lead the region. This role requires a revenue-focused general manager capable of bridging operational and sales leadership, driving the EMEA business to meet aggressive revenue targets, and scaling operations outside the USA. The ideal candidate will contribute positively to ON24's culture, develop their team, and participate actively at the executive level.

Revenue Leadership
* Ensure predictability and excellence in commercial functions
* Collaborate with regional leadership to meet revenue and financial goals
* Maintain a high-performing sales team and support key accounts and partnerships
* Implement and execute go-to-market strategies in EMEA
Strategic and Executive Contribution
* Represent ON24 as a senior executive
* Contribute to company strategy and share best practices
* Work with global stakeholders to communicate success stories
* Lead market strategy and operational planning for EMEA
Requirements & Skills
* Proven experience managing a regional P&L for a US-based SaaS or marketing tech company
* Commitment to diversity and inclusion
* Strong SaaS background, preferably in marketing tech/analytics
* Experience building and scaling high-performance sales teams
* Effective employee appraisal and talent management skills
* Track record of exceeding regional quotas
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Strong financial and business acumen
* Experience engaging with press, investors, and analysts
* Ability to foster a culture of excellence and innovation
