Overview
Senior Chef de Partie required in the Leicestershire area. Fully fresh kitchen which has won awards. You will enjoy the high-quality produce and the standards of plates leaving the pass. Salary £40,000 + tips (approx. £500 per year). Live in available (about 1 mile off site).
Responsibilities
* Prepare your dishes and ensure your fridge is ready for service.
* In service, cook a range of dishes on your section, ensuring they arrive at the pass on time and in coordination with other sections.
* Present dishes to a Rosette/Award winning level.
* Mainly based on Larder, with cover for pastry and sauce when needed.
* Carry out all normal Chef de Partie duties.
Qualifications
* Senior Chef de Partie from a fresh food background, ideally with Rosette/Fresh Food kitchen experience.
* Good knife skills and a passion for fresh produce.
* Versatile all-rounder who can work on the Larder section and cover pastry & sauce as required.
