Construction Foreman – Firestopping / Sprinklers 📍 Swansea We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee firestopping works, with a strong focus on sprinkler installations, on a projects based in Swansea. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who knows fire protection inside out and can confidently manage operatives, quality, and programme on site. Key Responsibilities: * Supervising firestopping works with particular emphasis on sprinkler penetrations * Managing day-to-day site activity and coordinating labour * Ensuring works are completed to spec, drawings, and fire safety regulations * Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and inspectors * Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high standards of compliance * Driving productivity while maintaining health & safety at all times Requirements: * Proven experience as a Foreman / Supervisor within firestopping or fire protection * Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and associated firestopping * Ability to read and interpret drawings * SMSTS or SSSTS * CSCS card * Strong communication and leadership skills This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
