We're looking for a dedicated Sales Compliance Consultant to play a key role in delivering our Sales Compliance strategy. What you’ll be doing:You'll be implementing first-line defence tactics across all VWFS sales channels, aligning with strategic business goals.Maintaining a deep understanding of regulatory obligations and ensure our operations, and those of our Retailer (Distributor) network, act to deliver good outcomes for our mutual customers.Driving the Risk Review process, identify and challenge non-compliant sales practices, and develop action plans to mitigate risks via a "predict & prevent" approach.Completing audits, deep dives, and retailer analysis to tackle risks, escalating to key stakeholders where necessary.You'll be leading and managing Regional Development Plans, advising on at-risk Distributors and leading activities to mitigate any risks associated with consumer outcomes.Conducting robust compliance monitoring checks for new accounts and third parties, ensuring all territory chnages are thoroughly vetted and, where applicable, approved in line with VWFS expectations and UK regulatory requirements. Providing insight and reporting on potential risks and sales trends to inform decision-making and prioritise actions.What you’ll bring:You’ll be proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and an eye for detail. You’ll have a strong background in motor finance and understand what compliance looks like in a Sales environment. Essential experience & skills: A customer-focused attitude with a solid ability to balance regulatory and commercial requirements in a manner that drives good customer outcomes for retail clients.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate complex data to identify issues.The ability to influence and negotiate with senior distributor management to drive compliance and action.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels.Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills to deliver results effectively.A full clean driving license is essential.What’s in it for you?Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance) Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%).
