Brand Manager – Leading Food Brand - URGENT REQUIREMENT

* Our client is a world-leading food company, operating across multiple markets with a portfolio of well-known brands. It is now seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead one of its key brands, operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture
As Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of a multi-SKU brand portfolio, leading strategic marketing initiatives that engage consumers across the UK. You'll work with teams across the business to drive projects through the business - developing new products grounded in consumer insight, and building integrated A&P and Digital campaigns, working closely with agency partners. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, building brand equity and shaping the future direction of the category
📒 What you’ll be doing from Day 1
* Overseeing brand direction and performance, crafting and implementing brand strategies rooted in consumer understanding and market trends for your product range
* Spearheading the development of new products from initial concept to market launch, moving projects through a gate process and guiding cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective launches
* Work with agency partners to develop and implement multi‑channel A&P and Digital campaigns to drive brand interest and engagement, using performance metrics to guide strategic choices
* Work with local market and international stakeholders around the brand vision and key strategic goals
🌟What we are looking for
* Robust FMCG brand management experience spanning all aspects of the marketing mix from brand strategy and positioning to comms development, consumer insight and product innovation projects.
* Passion for brands and interest in the food market, with a deep grasp of consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor activity and innovation
* Strong blend of strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills, with evidence of projects you have managed that showcase these skills and your track record of success
* Proven ability to influence leadership teams and management teams across the business, able to prepare and deliver incisive reports and presentations
* Curiosity, energy and drive, with a team‑driven approach, enhanced by strong communication and interpersonal skills
