Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist for a fitness company. This role is a 9 month FTC, based near Elephant and Castle.
Duties:
* Overseeing all of all aspects the company recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
* Full ownership and management of the company ATS system including management of live job ads, candidate screening, candidate management, onboarding documentation, backend set up & trouble shooting.
* Leading both group recruitment sessions and 121 interviews
* Ongoing management of the candidate talent pool for current vacancies with a key focus on candidate experience
* Delivering the HR sections of the weekly induction process
* Management of several elements of L&D including the e-learning platform GO1, the Funded Education Policy & compulsory management trainings.
* Providing up to date Employment Law / ACAS process advice to all levels of management for handling all types of ER cases and handbook policies, and completing relevant documentation/communication when needed.
* Completing all system administration and documentation relevant to all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, current employees (for example changes of roles or clubs, maternity/paternity, references, pay changes) and employee leavers. Systems include Harri, Selima/Access, GO1, Pirkx, Jostle, Legend, Our People and internal system.
* Provide training to managers on all systems mentioned above, and HR processes
* Both regular and adhoc reporting & analysis (excel knowledge and experience would be an advantage to any candidate but is not required).
* Monthly payroll related reporting and administration tasks
* Alongside the CFO, cover all aspects of payroll processing, administration and reporting when the HR Director is on annual leave (a CIPP qualification would be an advantage for any applicant but is not a requirement)
* Management of Salary sacrifice offerings, ensuring these are compliant with legal requirements
* Respond to various HR, recruitment and payroll related employee queries via Teams, email, phone or in person where necessary.
