The Role
You will be responsible for delivering Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to GCSE coursework delivery and assessment. Lessons are well structured and supported by shared department planning, allowing you to inject your own creativity while maintaining curricular consistency.
The role includes:
* Planning and delivering practical and theory-based DT lessons
* Supporting students with controlled assessment and practical projects
* Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and practical safety
* Contributing to enrichment such as STEM projects, design competitions and coursework showcases
* Working closely with a skilled DT Technician to ensure smooth lesson delivery
