Overview
We are a growing modern skincare brand blending wellness, ritual, and community. Our products are made with care, and consistency is everything. We're now looking for a reliable Freelance Production Assistant to help us with filling, packaging, and labelling products each month.
You'll be responsible for producing our products and samples in small batches, following clear procedures to ensure high quality and hygiene standards.
* Fill, cap, and label skincare products (5 main SKUs).
* Prepare and package 2ml sample products.
* Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment.
* Keep records of quantities produced (batch logs).
* Report when stock of materials or packaging is running low.
Monthly Baseline
* 375 full-size products (75 units of each of 5 SKUs).
* 300 samples (100 units of each of 3 sample SKUs).
* Approx. 675 finished units per month.
* This typically requires 2–3 days of work per month.
Experience
* Experience in cosmetics, food production, or packaging (preferred but not essential).
* High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Commitment to hygiene and consistency.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Flexible and open to growing with us as the brand scales.
