Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve organizational growth targets. The manager will work to clear revenue targets, and create proposals to align with client objectives. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful project execution for clients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities, client acquisition, and sales funnel management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Automotive sector experience is highly desirable, but we’ll also consider strong solution-led B2B backgrounds
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Hubspot experience helps)
* Strategic thinking and ability to craft detailed business growth plans and proposals
* Full, clean UK driving license required
* A self-motivated and goal-driven approach to remote work
