The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils individually and in small groups
Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support children with varying needs, including SEN where required
Requirements
To be considered, you must:
Have experience working with children (essential)
Have school-based experience (preferred)
Be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children's learning
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
Be able to provide relevant references
