The opportunity:
Provide hands on senior technical leadership support during a critical phase of digital transformation. Convert strategy into delivery by rationalising systems, strengthening governance, creating an integrated technology team bringing together IT Operations and Data teams, maturing technology capabilities, procuring and implementing new systems as required to meet our strategy and transformation and ensuring digital, data, and AI initiatives scale well. This role will work closely with the Head of IT, the Head of Data, Head of AI, PMI and the Senior Management Team (SMT).
A key responsibility is to support the build‑out of our new Middle Office, including the procurement and implementation of a portfolio management system, and defining the technology and data architecture required for scalable investment operation
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Senior technology leader with experience scaling technology functions.
Strong delivery, architecture, and risk management background.
Proven ability to uplift teams and influence without formal reporting-line authority.
Experience with investment/portfolio systems or complex operational domains.
Demonstrated ability to shape technical architecture for multi‑system environments, including integrations, data flows, and control points
