Reservations Team Leader - Edinburgh
We are looking for a driven Reservations Team Leader (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and InterContinental Edinburgh's Cluster Commercial Team!
If you have experience working in a Reservations department or as a Front Desk team leader at a hotel, this could be the role for you!
You will earn 14.66 per hour, which equates to a salary of 30,500.00, plus an on-target bonus of up to 10%.

As a Reservations Team Leader
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reservations department, supporting the Reservations & Groups Manager in maintaining standards and monitoring performance. Your responsibilities include handling bookings, liaising with clients, and contributing to revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Commercial Office Manager in maintaining departmental standards.
* Managing reservations to maximize occupancy and accuracy.
* Providing excellent service and handling guest requests.
* Updating booking systems, including OTA extranets.
* Reviewing reservation details before guest arrivals.
* Completing daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Upselling rooms and F&B outlets to increase revenue.
* Identifying sales opportunities and leads.
* Ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in Reservations or Front Desk roles, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Has excellent attention to detail.
* Possesses strong communication and organizational skills.
* Is proactive in upselling and revenue opportunities.
* Works well within a team.
