Overview
We are looking to appoint a Senior Lunchtime/Midday Supervisor to lead our team of lunchtime supervisory staff. The successful candidate will be a role model in promoting positive behaviour and be able to lead a highly effective team. They will be responsible for the supervision of children during the lunchtime period. The lunchtime team play an important role within our school, ensuring that our pupils experience an enjoyable and safe lunchtime.
Term time only
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: £12.56 ph
Contract type: Fixed Term
Hours: 11am - 1.30pm

Duties will include:
• Management and supervision of a team of lunchtime supervisors in their duties.
• Leading daily briefing meetings with lunchtime supervisors to ensure a safe and happy lunchtime for all.
• Escorting children to and from the dining room
• Supervising children during the lunchtime
• Monitoring pupil behaviour, intervening as necessary in accordance with school policies including behaviour, safeguarding, health and safety and first aid
About you
Good communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to build effective and positive relationships with adults and children are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can help make lunchtimes for our children fun and enjoyable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential having ideally worked with children and/or in an educational setting before.
