Agility are delighted to be working for a local organisation looking to add to their small, friendly team. The role is available due to a long-standing member of the team hanging up their financial hat and heading off onto retirement. You will be reporting directly to the Finance Manager
Your role:
· Assist in preparation of monthly accounts
· Posting invoices onto the ledger
· Chase missing invoices and ensure all credit card expenditures have invoices
· Bank and credit card reconciliations
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Administration duties such as filing, responding to emails and doing the stationary order
· Other ad hoc duties as required
Person Specification:
· Practical or educational experience relating to Purchase Ledger
· Studying or obtained at least AAT level 2
· Fast learner
In return you will receive:
· Base salary of £21,000 - £23,000
