Job Overview
The Care Manager will oversee care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, senior care experience, and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans that meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans
* Supervise and manage care staff, ensuring high standards of care
* Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health and wellbeing
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and medication protocols
* Foster a positive environment promoting dignity, respect, and independence
* Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders

Candidate Requirements
* Proven management experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
* Strong background in senior care, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care
* Supervisory experience and leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and professionals
* Valid driving licence
* Nursing qualifications or equivalent healthcare experience
* Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
* At least 2 years of leadership experience
