Are you ready to lead a Marketing team across a heavy period of growth? Do you want your name in the lights and a bigger role in the horizon? Wanting a career in the drinks space?
This can be someone currently in a similar sized role or someone wanting to step up to that next level.
Based: Manchester or West Yorkshire (within a 1 hour commute)
We are currently partnered with a branded drinks business with an ambitious 3–5 year growth plan. At present, the business has a turnover of £30–40M, but the target is £100M. How will they achieve this? They are currently growing at 30% year-on-year and show no signs of slowing down. This is a business looking to expand to support this growth, and with a strong portfolio of drinks brands, there are multiple opportunities to help drive this agenda.
To support their ambitions, they are recruiting a Marketing Director to define and deliver the brand plan, including driving consumer demand, launching new products, creating and managing marketing plans, leading the marketing and category team, and growing market share and revenue.
We are looking for a true leader, someone who wants to manage and grow a high-performing team of four, which will grow as the business continues to hit new milestones.
This business has an incredible reputation in the market, and its culture is unique, they are proud of their values and rarely recruit externally. This is truly a “lifer” type of business, offering continuous progression, development, and upskilling opportunities.
The main thing to mention is that no one ever leaves!
