Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
* Support with recruitment, training and development of volunteers
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
* Experience in retail management (charity or commercial)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A flexible, "can-do" approach
* The ability to quickly build relationships with different teams
