The Role: Joining an experienced team of Operational staff and Engineers Oversee the service and repairs division across the branch Manage and support a team of lift engineers Drive profitability through margin control and repair conversion Support complex fault diagnosis and technical escalations enquiries Monitor contract performance both commercially and operationally Ensure compliance with industry standards Work closely with the Management team to support business growth
