This is a hands-on, varied position thats ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team. We are a small team looking for a key individual to support our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities Manage all purchasing activities using just-in-time practices
Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
Process sales orders, quotations, and delivery documents
Liaise with clients by phone and email, ensuring excellent service
Maintain product records, catalogues, and delivery tracking
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
Sales order processing and customer service experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiar with SOP/POP or inventory/order systems
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
