We are seeking a proactive, organised Laboratory Administrator to join our new dental laboratory. This role offers the chance to shape systems, processes, and protocols from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative processes, case tracking, and workflow.
* Liaise with dental practices, couriers, and the lab team.
* Handle correspondence, records, invoices, and stock.
* Support compliance with CQC/MHRA requirements.
* Assist the Laboratory Manager and contribute to process improvements.
* About You:
* Experience in administration (healthcare/dental/lab preferred).
* Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
* Enthusiastic to grow with a new business.
