Project Co-Ordinator (FMCG / Supply Chain / Retail)
We’re hiring a Project Manager to deliver FMCG supply chain projects for blue-chip retail customers. This role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, working across international suppliers, packaging, logistics, and retail environments.
About You:
* Experience as a Project Manager within FMCG, retail, packaging, or consumer goods
* Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and long lead-time projects
* Confident managing project timelines, critical paths, Gantt charts, and milestones
* Experience working with international suppliers and multiple stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong administration and reporting skills
The Role:
You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of FMCG projects, supporting Account Managers while owning timelines and execution. Projects typically run across international supply chains, from concept through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage FMCG and retail projects from development to delivery
* Own project plans, timelines, critical paths, and reporting
* Coordinate international factories, suppliers, logistics, and UK warehousing
* Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
* Ensure compliance with specifications, labelling, technical, and packaging requirements
