We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Care Supervisor to support a tenancy in Chorley, supporting individuals with complex care needs and severe learning disabilities. This is a permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading by example within a supportive environment.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Previous experience in a Care Supervisor role or a similar senior care position
* Strong experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and severe learning disabilities
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A driver licence is preferred
Role Details
* 40 hours per week
* Rota to be discussed at interview
* Pay rate: £17.17 per hour
* Salary equivalent: approximately £35,700 per annum
