What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coaching, mentoring, and assessing learners on apprenticeship programmes across various sites - from the classroom to the real-world workplace.
* Using our cutting-edge e-portfolio system to track and monitor apprentice progress, ensuring they’re ready to pass their End Point Assessment and hit the ground running in their careers.
* Embedding maths and English into practical learning, ensuring apprentices leave with all the tools they need to succeed.
* Maintaining strong relationships with employers to ensure apprenticeships run smoothly, with all parties aligned to deliver top-quality training.
* Collaborating with your team to shape, promote, and deliver high-quality programmes that set learners up for success in their field.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant Level 3 qualification or above in brickwork or a similar occupational area.
* Assessor qualifications or a willingness to work towards one (we’ll help you get there!).
* Experience in the brickwork industry, with a passion for sharing your knowledge with the next generation.
* Strong IT skills and an ability to manage online learning systems.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to travel as needed to support learners and employers.
