We are looking for a Data and Reporting Engineer to join the team at our Blythe Bridge depot!
The Data & Reporting Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable reporting and analytics solutions that enable data‑led decision making across the organization.

* Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
Technical
* Strong SQL capability
* Hands‑on experience delivering reports using:
* QlikView (data loads, scripting, set analysis, dashboards)
* Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, visuals, workspace practices)
* SSRS (report development, datasets, parameters, subscriptions, scheduling)
* Understanding of data modelling concepts (facts/dimensions, measures, grain, hierarchies).
* Experience integrating data from multiple systems and dealing with imperfect source data.
* Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or HTML to support data manipulation, automation, or report customisation.
Analytical & Delivery
* Ability to convert requirements into clear technical design and deliver working solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment balancing BAU reporting support with change delivery.
Communication
* Able to explain data concepts and report logic to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong documentation habits: definitions, assumptions, report purpose, and change notes.
Desirable (Advantageous) Skills & Experience
* Epicor BisTrack experience (reporting, data structures, operational workflows such as sales orders, purchasing, inventory, pricing, site performance).
* Exposure to data warehousing / lakehouse concepts and/or modern cloud data platforms.
* Familiarity with data governance, KPI standardisation, and master data management concepts.
