We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Progressor to join the existing sales team. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll manage the end-to-end progression of new home sales, keeping everything on track and within agreed timescales. You’ll work closely with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, estate agents and site teams, bringing people together, resolving challenges, and reducing fall-throughs along the way. You’ll not only support our sales targets and completion forecasts, but also ensure every customer feels confident and supported throughout their buying journey.

What You’ll Do:

1. Drive sales from reservation to completion, keeping everything on track and on time.
2. Act as the key contact for buyers, solicitors, agents and site teams.
3. Monitor progress, hit deadlines, and keep deals moving forward.
4. Proactively resolve issues and reduce fall-throughs.
5. Deliver a smooth, supportive customer experience throughout.
6. Maintain accurate records, reports and forecasts.
7. Coordinate internally to align build, legal and handover stages.
8. Support the wider sales team with admin and process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

9. Experience in sales progression, property, conveyancing, or a customer-focused role within a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong understanding of the home buying and conveyancing process.
11. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
12. Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and (CRM systems and Microsoft Office)=
