We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.

Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm

*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.70. The salary shown is an annual equivalent based on 42 hours per week. NLW applies and will be pro rata'd based on contracted hours.
We are flexible regarding Full or Part-Time contracts and consider candidates looking for Bank shifts. Shifts may vary across Days, Nights, and Weekends, offering flexibility.
Successful candidates will need an Enhanced DBS check before starting employment.
New employees will complete a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced team members.
Main Responsibilities
* Support service users in leading active lives aligned with their wishes, needs, and support plans, participating in plan development where applicable
* Ensure safety, safeguard welfare, and protect from abuse
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, manage finances and medication, support practical tasks, and respect personal care and healthcare needs
* Act as an informal contact for service users' support networks
* Report and record issues related to care and support to monitor health and wellbeing
* Follow Health and Safety regulations and promote safety and welfare
* Maintain appropriate relationships and professional boundaries
* Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
* Demonstrate organizational values and behaviors
