The role
We are working with a leading Civil Engineering organisation on the recruitment of a Document Controller.
The role will involve managing all project documentation from conception to completion. The position-holder will act as the gatekeeper for blueprints, contracts, and compliance records, ensuring all teams work from up to date information.
Key Responsibilities
Control: Manage the intake, logging, and distribution of all project documents.
Quality: Quality-check all incoming drawings and data for correct metadata and formats.
Distribution: Issue latest revisions to site teams, subcontractors, and clients instantly.
Archiving: Organize files securely to ensure seamless project closeout and handover.
Audit: Conduct regular document audits to guarantee full compliance with industry standards.
