We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campus Marketing Manager to lead student-focused marketing initiatives across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK. This role will be central to increasing brand visibility within student communities through tailored campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional campus marketing strategies to enhance our presence among European student audiences.
* Establish and grow university partnerships, with a focus on the UK market.
* Plan and execute creative campus campaigns that engage students and increase brand awareness.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of campus ambassadors to facilitate on-the-ground promotions.
* Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize strategies based on data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campus marketing efforts with overall brand objectives.
Qualifications:
* Experience in campus marketing, preferably within a consumer-facing brand.
* Proven ability to lead ambassador programmes or manage large-scale student initiatives.
* Strong understanding of the UK university landscape and student culture.
* Creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Data-driven approach with the ability to evaluate campaign success and make informed adjustments.
