We are seeking an Assistant to join our Brand team in our London, UK office, overseeing a comprehensive client roster including fashion, luxury lifestyle, hospitality and consumer products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized, and positive under pressure. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to adapt to multiple assignments and deadlines as well as a frequently changing environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Brand & Client Support Support client projects from the brainstorm and ideation phase through plan development, execution, and reporting Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other supporting media materials as necessary Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies to ensure seamless collaboration Contribute to monthly, project, or event reporting and recaps across all clients Conduct business and market research to support strategic recommendations Event & Activation Support Support onsite at events, including coordination of logistics at all stages of programming Assist with coordination and execution of retail promotions and brand activations Manage and organize product samples for client and media use Administrative & Operational Support Perform general office administrative duties (answering phones, scheduling, managing expenses, booking travel, etc.) Assist in creating professional, client-ready presentations and Excel spreadsheets Provide personal support to executives or senior team members as needed Handle other administrative and marketing duties as assigned Additional Requirements Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing or Equivalent Experience Entry level or 1 year of relevant experience. Exceptional interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communications skills are a must Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Strong attention to detail Deep understanding of pop-culture Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing Takes initiative and is resourceful Lede Company is an equal opportunity employer.
