Your ability to connect with people sets you apart. You understand not just what your customer wants, but how they feel. You’ll ask the right questions, explain your fix, and ensure your customer can continue with their day. You’re prepared for anything, ready to assist anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers feel safe and understood.
* A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn from road experience or structured training.
* A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether fixing roadside or recovering vehicles to garages, helping customers get back on their way.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you lack category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
