Paralegal / Legal Executive

The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to add a Paralegal or Legal Executive to its growing Land Development & New Homes team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who wants exposure to high-quality development work, not just standard residential files. You’ll be working closely with experienced fee earners on a varied caseload and playing a key role in delivering a smooth, commercially focused service to clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting fee earners on a range of conveyancing and infrastructure matters
Preparing quotes and handling initial client enquiries
Conducting searches and progressing transactions
Drafting contracts and managing standard documentation
Liaising with estate agents and third parties
Assisting with exchanges, completions, and post-completion work
Including SDLT, Land Registry, and Companies House submissions
Managing file closures and maintaining accurate records
Contributing to client relationships and ongoing business development
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Executive within conveyancing
Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes (development experience is a bonus)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure
Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and a structured way of working
