You will join a forward-thinking team utilising AI, automation, and CRM workflows to deliver a seamless operational experience. Your primary objective will be to maintain tight processes, ensure data accuracy, and keep cases progressing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
8. Track, manage, and resolve every case accurately
9. Identify and promptly rectify stuck or misclassified cases
10. Analyse recurring issues to address root causes effectively
11. Ensure teams adhere to correct processes and utilise tools appropriately
12. Provide constructive feedback to enhance automation, workflows, and user experience
13. Maintain accurate CRM data and escalate systemic issues at an early stage

Person Specification
Essential
19. Strong operational and analytical mindset
20. Experience with CRM systems and workflow management

25. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, APIs, workflows)
