You must be a solutions-oriented individual focused on outcomes, capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership skills and a high level of computer literacy.
The post is primarily based at Carshalton College, but travel to and work from all STCG sites may be required.
The successful candidate will be eligible for any salary increase resulting from the annual cost of living review, implemented in the new academic year.
Benefits include: 27 days of annual leave plus up to 8 additional days over Christmas/New Year, 5 days of Wellbeing leave, an excellent pension scheme (Teachers Pensions or Local Government Pension Scheme), subsidised sports facilities, professional development opportunities, and a salary sacrifice cycle-to-work scheme.
